Translate Arabic to Spanish
Translate Arabic to Spanish in the box below: paste Arabic text, tell the tool which dialect it is in, and get the Spanish. Under the translation you also get your Arabic with harakat and a transliteration, so you can read what you pasted. Free, no account, nothing stored.
Translations are generated by an AI model and can be wrong; the Standard Arabic line is there so you can compare. Up to 1000 characters at a time.
What you get on this page
- Arabic to Spanish from Standard Arabic or from Egyptian, Levantine, Gulf, Saudi, Iraqi and Moroccan text.
- Your own Arabic repeated with vowel marks and in Latin letters, which helps when a message arrives without harakat.
- Listen reads the Arabic aloud with the voice built into your phone or computer.
- Up to 1,000 characters per request; press the swap arrow for Spanish to Arabic.
Why Arabic to Spanish needs a dialect choice
A WhatsApp message from a Moroccan friend and a news paragraph from Al Jazeera are both "Arabic", but they are not the same language on the page. Moroccan Darija writes bgheet for "I want" where Standard Arabic says ureedu; Egyptian says 3aayiz. If you tell the tool the dialect of the text, it reads the slang correctly instead of guessing.
Other things to know when you translate Arabic to Spanish:
- Missing vowels. Arabic written by people skips the short vowels, so one spelling can be several words; the model picks by context, and the harakat line shows which reading it chose.
- Gender comes for free. Arabic verbs and adjectives already say whether the speaker is a man or a woman, so cansado and cansada come out right without extra hints.
- Spanish subject pronouns. Arabic drops "I" and "you" inside the verb and Spanish does the same, so the translation stays natural; the difference is mostly word order.
- Arabizi. If the text is Arabic typed in Latin letters and digits (3, 7, kh), paste it as is; the model understands it.

Tips for better results
Set the dialect to where the writer is from; if you have no idea, leave Standard Arabic and look at the note the tool adds when it had to assume something. Paste whole sentences rather than isolated words, because an unvoweled word on its own has too many readings. Arabic names stay as names: the Spanish line will show them in Latin letters, and the Arabic transliteration page shows the full romanization scheme. For a message you want to send back, switch to Spanish to Arabic and pick the same dialect. If the text is from Morocco, the Moroccan Arabic page explains what makes Darija different; for Egyptian slang see Egyptian Arabic.
Frequently asked questions
What is Arabic in Spanish?
The language is el árabe and a person is árabe (plural árabes). "I speak Arabic" is hablo árabe; "Arabic script" is escritura árabe.
Can it translate Egyptian or Moroccan Arabic to Spanish?
Yes. Choose the dialect of your text in the menu above the box; the model then reads dialect words such as 3aayiz or bgheet as intended instead of treating them as Standard Arabic.
Does Google Translate work from Arabic to Spanish?
It does for Standard Arabic. It has no dialect setting, so strong Moroccan or Gulf slang often comes out wrong, and it does not show your text with vowels or in Latin letters.
Can I paste Arabic without vowel marks?
Yes, that is the normal case. The tool translates it and also returns your text with harakat added, so you can see how it read each word.
Is there a limit?
1,000 characters per translation and a daily free limit shared by the whole site; the page says so when it is reached. No account is needed.
